August 20, 2008 Meeting details

Networking and Saving Money August 20, 2008

Dear SolNet Community,

Our next event is coming up very soon and I hope to see many of you there.
If you run your own small business and you are paying income tax, then this event is definitely for you.

A couple of months ago a friend shared with me that she had just started working with a new accountant. The new accountant advised that she set up her business in a different way than before, and as a result, she paid a FRACTION of the taxes that she had paid in years prior, even though she brought in MORE money than in years past. How does this happen? She had a CPA working for her before. She trusted that her former accountant knew what they were doing and were advising her correctly. Unfortunately, the person that was working for her before was not up to date on the latest tax law and lacked the knowledge about corporations, so they failed to advise her in the best way.

If you are wondering if you might be "leaving money on the table", then you MUST join us on August 20th to hear about what others are doing to increase their deductions, decrease their taxes and ultimately keep more money in their pockets. If you are worried that this will be a boring accountant presentation, FEAR NOT! David Fenton is a young (at heart), dynamic business man that will keep you interested. At the same time, you will learn about the things that your accountant should be doing, and you will be armed with some new information that you can benefit from.

As always, there will be plenty of time for networking and meeting other small business owners in the SolNet community. Bring plenty of business cards.

P.S. If you have any ideas for speakers that you would like to bring to the group, or topics that you are interested in, please email me directly and let me know. As you know, this group is only as strong as its members and the events that I put together are for you and to help you grow your business.

Also, don't forget to tell your friends and business associates about Solnet. Feel free to invite them to our events, forward our newsletters and/ or email new member contact info to info@SolNetOnline.com

See you on August 20th!

Regards,
